We’re already engineered for well-being. We just need to recognize more of the everyday experiences that help us get there.

The Currencies of Wellness reveals where to find them, why they work, and how brands can turn these moments into stronger connections with the people they serve.

Wellness can show up in surprising places.

What if your coffee machine nudged you outside to hear the morning birdsong?

Your toothpaste encouraged you to practice balance while you brushed?

A fast-food restaurant invited you to sing your order?

Or your elevator ride simply made you laugh?

These small moments may not look like wellness. But each can tap into something our bodies and brains already know how to do: move, play, connect, find comfort and feel good.

I’ve spent more than two decades figuring out how brands can build stronger relationships with the people they serve, leading consumer engagement and marketing for brands including PepsiCo, Gap, Estée Lauder, Under Armour and Independent Pet Partners.

Along the way, I became fascinated by a different question: What if the everyday experiences brands create could also help people feel genuinely well?

That question became the Five Currencies of Wellness, and this book.
